I mean Mel Kiper (the least knowledgeable draft "expert" of all time) has him as his #3 QB
so who knows. No one else has him in the top 5 that I have seen.
I'm not sold. His numbers look fantastic, but much of those came against Furman, Middle Tennessee St, Georgia Southern and Arkansas (Ok so the Arkansas one was more impressive).
He possesses just below average height, with less than elite arm strength and accuracy. He struggled with pressure packages and there is concern about his processor.
That being said he certainly could improve his stock in the draft process. With no clear cut #3, he could step up and be that guy.

Dart is the best QB in the class. He has every quality needed to have long term sustainable success in the NFL.
