I love performance based incentives. They worked at my business for 36 yrs.
Every athlete should have some performance based incentives in his NIL agreement. We’d see less opt outs in postseason and better efforts by all players.

In NIL they call that "pay for play." It was specifically disallowed previously. With the ruling in Oct, it's now ok.
