There are very few roles where I would prefer a BYU grad over a BYU-I grad, and
there are some roles where I’d prefer a BYU-I grad over a BYU grad (and most where it’s 50/50).
For some roles, I would prefer the more prestigious and academic-oriented candidate, but for others I would prefer people skills and less ego. BYU will have the more nerdy and elitist candidates (generally speaking), which has its pros and cons.

I don't understand. What is BYU-I doing wrong? Not everyone is getting into Harvard, it doesn't mean other schools
