I'm probably unique in that I can actually do this. I have traditionally done cardio (stationary bike and rowing) in the morning and lifting after work 3x/week.
I decided that I want to have more time in the evening so I decided this year that I'm going to do my weight lifting at noon on my lunch hour. I did it for the first time today, and it went well. I took a pre-workout at 11:20 before going home.
Here is where I feel that my situation is unique. I work 3 blocks from home and walk home for lunch every day. I did my workout in 35 minutes and still had time for lunch. Plus, I'm taking my caffeinated pre-workout before lunch, so hopefully this won't disrupt my sleep. We'll see how it goes.
