You burn my calories in the morning, but you have better performance later
So it depends on your goals. If you are doing cardio to lose weight you should do it in the morning because then you'll burn more throughout the day. But if you are trying to hit certain running goals like running a 6 min mile you should do it at night because your muscles are warmer and your body is awake.
