Just did some quick research. Looks like the rules say this is NOT a field goal
This is from Rule 8, Section 4, Article 1.

ARTICLE 1 a A field goal shall be scored if a scrimmage kick, which may be a drop kick or place kick, passes over the crossbar between the uprights of the receiving team’s goal before it touches a player of the kicking team or the ground.

My only question is if this changes because the ball was partially blocked. According to Rule 8, if the kick is touched by Team B after the ball pass the neutral zone, then the rules of a regular scrimmage kick apply. Likely still not a field goal, but an interesting dive into the football rule weeds!
