There are several free white noise apps available that we use. We also use white noise on the Alexa devices.

I actually use a noise app when traveling and my favorite noise is “box fan”

"Alexa, sleep sounds brown noise." Brown is far more relaxing than any others

You could just use some sort of wirless speaker from your phone. I use a Sonos speaker for example connected to Spotify
