Anyone use a sleep/sound machine for your kids?
Of our 3 kids the middle one has always struggled going to sleep. Once she gets to sleep she’s fine.
She turns 11 in a few weeks and though I’m hesitant to do a white noise type machine, we’re just about to the point of trying one for her.
Any kind you’ve used that aren’t insanely expensive that has helped?

There are several free white noise apps available that we use. We also use white noise on the Alexa devices.
