Is it good? Will it completely ruin Balto for me?

I know the story a bit, and I know that there's some controversy over why Balto got the bulk of the credit and/or fame when Togo arguably deserved it more (did the more dangerous part of the journey, and did far more miles of it, even though Balto certainly did some good and arguably got the musher through when he couldn't), and I'm guessing the movie Togo tells the story more accurately. Like I said, will it ruin Balto?
