Absolutely, but it's also funny how worked up people get about weight gain or loss
when it's often mostly water, especially at first. Every gram of carbs will store 3 grams of water/glyc. As soon as you lower your carbs to normal levels you will automatically lose a decent amount of water weight. Don't even need to go low carb. Just wait for it to go through your system completely (can take 2-3 days).
