3 games left in cfb, and they are basically the same teams discussed every year.
We just swapped out ND for Alabama.
The newcomers allowed by a 12 team format didn't break into the top 6. While NIL and transfer portal are shaking things up, it hasn't really shaken up the top tier yet.
BSU and SMU didn't fare well.
ASU put up a good fight but couldn't quite make it happen in the end. I'd say they showed they belonged.
A good case could be made to include BYU over SMU, but hard to argue that when we stumbled twice at the end.
