I’m not arguing that there wasn’t forcible contact to the head or neck area. I’m arguing that there isn’t conclusive
video evidence of it, which is required for replay to make the call.
You simply cannot see from the video where the defenders helmet hits first. If it’s the shoulder pads, it’s not a foul. You simply can’t see from the angle - it’s from the defenders back.
