What shoes do you like to run in?
I got Nike vaporflys 3 for Christmas to use for my Ironman races but since they only last 300 miles, I’m scared to use them.
I normally like to run in Nike Pegasus 41s.

My goal is to get on the podium at a local Utah triathlon race and get under 6 hours at a 70.3 Ironman race.
Spiritual, I want to go to the temple once a week, or at a minimum 3 times a months.
