Well and BYU, in 2 seasons, has the best record as a P5/4 team in state history...
And BYU did it the year Utah was picked to "dominate" the conference but I stead crapped the bed completely with a under .500 record. It took BYU 2 seasons to do it, while Utah brags about winning a conference 2 times that was the conference as a whole, 2 worst seasons and 1 of those seasons the AAC was ranked as a stronger conference. BYU's season came when the conference was ranked the 2nd best of the P4's behind the SEC.
