2004 John Beck (same age and stage in BYU experience) was 55.4% and a 1.8 TD/INT
ratio -
not saying Jake is John Beck, but given where he is in his development, it's not that far off. I think as a passer he's probably a bit more like Taysom than Beck - albeit with more arm strength than Taysom. I don't think his ceiling as a passer is as high as, say, 2006 John Beck, but it's not unrealistic to think he can get to 2014 Taysom levels of accuracy, with more dynamic down field throwing ability than Taysom.
