I know you didn’t ask for advice, but you can 100% lose 50 lbs in a year by
just getting a food scale and a calculator.

Don’t worry about anything other than calories. Just measure and weigh everything you eat - everything. And create a 500 calorie deficit per day.

You’ll lose 50 lbs.

I can’t wait to see you win that bet.
