Who went to the playoffs this year? Is Boise State a rival?

What states do Boise State recruit from? Yes or no- have there been LDS players that were recruited by BOTH schools Boise State and BYU) in the last 20 plus years? Have there been non LDS african-american players recruited by BOTH schools in the last 20 years?

The answers to these questions support my claim that Boise State is a recruiting competitor.

Boise WAS a rival and is a minor competitor. Snow college and Idaho State
