We loved a visit to hot springs resort in Hakone also. Spent most of our time in Tokyo.

Went to a museum and can’t remember the name that showed the devastation of Tokyo from fire bombing. I can’t fathom how the war lasted till August when Tokyo was burned down by May. Far far more people died in Tokyo than died in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
