Yes you can! He had credible eye witness testimony from a member of his staff

who walked in on Sandusky raping a boy in the locker room showers. He knew it was happening and yet he allowed Sandusky to remain on his staff. He was too cowardly to do anything to stop it because he was more concerned with protecting his own legacy than protecting vulnerable children from a predator.
