Please explain yourself

The large institutional child abuse scandals of the last 50 years are Penn State, Boy Scouts, Telford, and Rotherham. Unfortunately there are likely more, but those are the ones that I am aware of.
Trying to draw a false equivalence between the institutional failings of the Boy Scouts and the isolated failings of individuals within the CoJC is deceptive
