The good will that Sitake earned by being at the helm of a 10-2 season is why you see people making fairly mild criticisms of him as opposed to screaming for him to be on the hot seat or even be fired.
This year was obviously a success. But it doesn't render all criticism of Sitake's faults as a head coach moot. There's stuff he and his staff need to get better at if this team is going to be successful.
