Adopt the women’s soccer model. Start early Aug, end early Dec
Start earlier and wrap it up in early December like the Women’s College Cup. The NFL preseason starts in early August anyway. Play your 3 non-con games during that month. Conf games start late Aug/early September. Bowl games start mid to late November, and playoff games start Thanksgiving weekend. Army/Navy game on Thanksgiving or maybe even Veteran’s Day. Can you imagine?! That’s what I’m talking about.
