Pete The Hope That Kills You
Need to brag on my teenage (19yr old) daughter. She changed her own headlight bulb.
Last week she was visiting from college and while following me in my car, I noticed her headlight was out. This occurred out of town and we didn't have time to fix it. She looked up YouTube videos on her own, correctly entered her vehicle info on AutoZone's website, and after confirming with me that she had the right part in mind, said, "I got this, Dad" and went to AutoZone herself, bought the replacement part and swapped it out without any further help from me.

It's not a hard task, but most 19 year old girls would shy away from something like that.
