RE: Pace of play. I think this is something that Kalani, ARod, and Jay have all agreed to.
I think Jay and Kalani know that the talent level on D is not where they want it to be. Jay is still trying to get his guys and overall talent on that side of the ball.
So you protect them by pace of play.
I am hopeful that given another year or two that Jay can upgrade the level of talent to the point where we can be more aggressive on both sides of the ball.
That's just my opinion and certainly may not be accurate.
