Fire. The offense looked lethargic, stale and not buttoned down at all. Still issues with red zone scoring. Not sure why but the responsibility is on Arod to put a good product on the field. If he needs better players that is on him. If the offense looks like the bad news bears out on the field, which they did, that’s on him. He hasn’t brought in a top tier QB the whole time he’s been OC. The D and ST helped him out significantly this year… and yes you can say the D was poor last year and he had to deal with that but that argument is really inconsequential in an assessment of what he has done this year.

He’s had adequate player talent at the skill positions this year, OL had some injuries, I guess it comes down to is he willing to make the signicant philosophy adjustments to put a better Offense on the field or is he stuck in a rut that he is too stubborn to get out of🤷‍♂️


Only the coaches and AD can answer that but if he is consistently average or below average how long do we ride that train?

We waited until Tuiaki’s numbers were beyond ridiculous before we made a move. How long do we wait in Arod? Personally I would want him to be able to make a step forward and show that he can get QB talent into the program and expand his play calling ability and keep him on board for another year or so just for continuity sake but if there is someone in the wings who is potentially better than I would be on board moving on from him.
