How do you know how “they practice it.” Are you connected to the team? Are you at practice?

Jake handed the ball off downfield of himself. That’s a forward pass / forward lateral. My understanding is that one forward pass or one forward lateral is legal per play. Each additional lateral must be BACKWARD.

If the play was for Marion to receive ANOTHER forward lateral, that would be illegal!

The play design was certainly not for Marion to go downfield of LJ.
