IDK I want to think that BYU being connected to the Church might provide some loyalty factor that doesn't quite exist..
and many other schools.
Also just because a team got regulated wouldn't automatically mean NIL would dry up which could keep team continuity.

I don't think it'd ever happen but it'd be interesting if CFB took a regulation approach to teams playing in the P4..

Not enough games for that to be fair, and a lot of player turnover year by year.
