Significant pay raise?

We know Jay Hill is making north of 1 million and we know Blake Anderson in his final year was making 1.375 Million. Is that significant enough to take on far more responsibility with an AD that has been backstabbing and had issues galore? Not convinced especially when BYU could match pretty easily.
