they either make little effort to catch the ball or even when they make an effort but only with one hand. Payton lost it on Collie a couple of different times when Collie reached with one hand. Despite the fact that Collie was giving it his all, Manning didn’t care — he wanted full effort and both hands outstretched.

JoJo appears disinterested in making the play. He may not have felt that way but his body language very clearly did not show the evidence of a guy out there willing to leave it all on the field. My point is, that is not on the QB — that’s on the receiver.
