a chance. I'm not sure what to say beyond that. I didn't see him slow down, but it has been mentioned multiple times so it is probably true. I do still think he should have put a little air under the ball. Retzlaff as the fastball. Few QBs in the country throw the deep out like he does. He just has very little finesse. But yes perhaps that throw isn't a perfect example.
