is fine. A good battery should read 13 volts or higher. If it's starting to go bad and only storing 11 volts, that's plenty of voltage to power simple 12v lights, but not enough to turn the engine over.

Car is 5 years old with probably the original battery in it. Regardless, you should replace your battery

How did you confirm that the battery is fine? That would still be my #1 check.
