A lot of people think we have no right to criticize. To me that is ridiculous. Many of us are paying customers and donors whose money goes towards the players and coaches. When I buy tickets to a game I’m not viewing it as a charitable donation. I expect results.

In my job I pride myself on providing quality service to my clients who pay me to provide them a service. If I underperform or waste their money they are more than entitled to criticize me. They can also go somewhere else and stop paying me for my services. It’s not that I’m a bad person, just like the players and coaches aren’t bad people.
