Doesn't feel like there's much access anymore. The prevailing thought was a team could have 2-3 losses and still have
A shot at the playoffs if they are conference champs.
BUT, wait a minute...if a G5 conf champ is ranked higher, they get the nod.
I dunno...for BYU, it feels like access is limited unless they have a perfect season.
Though I hate it, this is why preseason rankings are such a big deal. Start at the top, it's difficult to get knocked down.
BYU has to be perfect to just gain access and be a part of the conversation
