let him move on. It's not about taking a pound of flesh, it is about having natural repercussions from decisions. Just because someone is at a sporting event does not excuse poor/criminal behavior. If somebody were to throw a water bottle and it hits someone in the face there would be consequences. We can't excuse it or think it is less than normal because it is at a sports event with heated passion.
