besides BYU, BYUI, Southern Virginia, and ?? then it’s likely that a majority of those fans dislike or have no problem making fun of the church. It may not be with the same level of hatred (or in Washington’s, Oregon’s, Cal, Stanford, Memphis, etc. maybe it is), but in reality most fan bases will have fans that do these things. And it’s tough to isolate ourselves so much that we cant cheer for teams other than BYU?
