Best decision I ever made was to overpay our babysitters…
We pay $10/hr/kid…. The YW in our ward beg us to let them watch our kids. We never have to worry about finding a sitter, even with little to no notice.
My wife found a sitter for tomorrow within 30 min this morning because we had a concert pop up that we wanted to go to. That’s priceless to me
