If they do the dishes, or tidy up the house they get a little extra. If the house is a mess and kids not in bed, then they don't get called back. We are in CA, and have a rotation of about 5 different YW.

Depends on the area. Our area there are dozens that will do it so they get paid only 10 or so an hour
