15 an hour when kids are up, $10 an hour when kids are asleep. Round up a
couple of bucks depending on how the kids did. If they went right down then all good, if they were difficult add a few bucks.
We’ve got enough sitters in the ward we can rotate. If they don’t like the pay we’ll find someone who does.
