It just seems weird to say "team A is 25 spots higher, but is the underdog". It seems like being 25 spots higher indicates that you're good enough to overcome such time zone differences, but you do have a good point that it happens to everyone, including highly ranked teams, so it may not be a condemnation on BYU or implying UCF is sneaky good despite being unranked.
