Going to be tough. I'd worry that the judge won't have very much discretion to
consider, much less accept your offer as you have framed it.
Some states will accept a no contest plea and will basically waive a penalty if you complete a DD course--not sure if that applies where you are though
You could always hope that the ticketing officer doesn't show
