I don't think NIL is paying for the hoops staff of 30+ assistants, grad assistants, nutritionists, recruiting consultants and a GM etc. I agree the NIL spigot has clearly been opened but it appears to me that the institution is also ramping up its investment. I don't know if it is just Big 12 moneys but BYU is clearly spending a lot more than it used to, IMO.
