It's top 40 in the country if you look at just the conversion down. Having said
that...it's a bit of confirmation bias. Do you go for 4th and short because you're planning on it? Or because you had an unsuccessful 3rd down play? Do you go on 4th down when you need to, or when you shouldn't (the first drive against Arizona)?
