AZ beat the Utes 16 days ago at RES. 23-10. I recognize that Isaac Wilson was the QB against AZ but the Utes most recent game against ASU IMO displayed that Rising is not currently any better than Isaac Wilson and he might be worse. In short the Utes are pretty screwed at QB and that regardless the QB that played AZ the Utes would've likely lost.

We can't guarantee that Whittingham will be as bone headed against us with regards to kicking field goals as he was towards AZ but regardless with our most recent result against AZ I think we have little to worry about when it comes to the Utes. I expected the BYU / AZ game to be within a touchdown and BYU completely blew my expectations out of the water.

If we had some difficult games ahead of the Utah game maybe I'd be concerned but I don't think we have anything to worry about with OKST and UCF. They're not cupcakes but they shouldn't prove too difficult for the 2024 BYU Cougars.
