I get it's not a good look to be like whitt and run up the score with onside kicks and the like when up big. But what I don't like is purposefully trying not to score, yet keeping the starters in. If you want to milk the game away and show sportsmanship, take your starters out and let the backups run normal plays. They need the experience and growth. They also would be less likely to transfer later on if they got meaningful mins throughout the year. Putting in the backups is showing sportsmanship while still allowing your team to grow and practice. For example, we haven't seen bohanon get one meaningful snap all year. Those snaps would prove to be invaluable if heaven forbid Jake goes down. Same logic applies to all position groups
