I doubt Jay Hill was “pissed.” He’s a coach, not a fan. I’ve heard the

unspoken “gentlemen’s” agreement among coaches is that if the losing team is still trying, it’s ok for the winning team to try in return. That way the losing team can’t complain of running up the score or disrespect.

The losing team is not doing anything wrong by extending the game and still trying.
