I think we do mostly agree. With Rogers' current struggles as evidence, I doubt
Stroud would have been the sensation he is today were he with the Jets.
But Stroud is clearly better than Zach, but Stroud had a better Oline and no dead QB coach. And you're right, the defensive HC at Houston is better than Saleh by a lot.
