Opening race.

I think it was actually positive. As a freshman you expect a little inconsistency and this was her first time in a big pack competitive college race so you would expect some inexperience to show. It looks like she kind of got swallowed up in the middle part of the race, but she closed well moving up 24 places the last 2k and she ran a 9 second PR for a XC 5k.

If this is the low point of her season she will be in the mix for the 7 spot going forward.
