a lot of parity in that league every single year. It's not just about who you draft because half the guys seems to always just auto-draft. However, they are all very active when it comes to working the waiver wire and adjusting their lineups each week.

I'm in other leagues that have a mix of different levels of players. The higher rated players are usually mostly in the top half of the league every year whereas the lower level players are kind of all over the map.
