Arizona State signed 2 5 stars, a 4 star and a few good transfers
Houston returned nearly its whole team and added a couple 4 stars
Arizona and Kansas both added a 5 star and a 4 star
Cincy added a few 4 stars and return most of their team

I could keep going, but most every team has done things to bolster their programs and being top 5 will still be a challenge for BYU, despite the unusually high ratings of a few of their new additions.
