If I were him, I would just wait it out until he gets offered a P4 HC job
No need to go down a level to USU. He was already a great FCS coach at Weber, so he should be able to do it as a HC at the P4 level. I doubt USU can offer him much more than what he is getting paid at BYU. If BYU has a great year, it will be much easier to justify matching whatever USU offers him if they do.

That USU job is looming large right now... there is ZERO doubt that they are going to offer Hill a lot
